This Café is located in "Brandts Passage" and is one of Odenses Newest Cafés. It has a unique (By Odense standards) atmosphere with a minimalistic and real lounge feel about it.
The menu contains a lot of tapas, however most people just drop in for a caffe latte, or a beer.

This bar/pub is quite unique! It's special old danish decor and it's wide range of beers from Belgium and Denmark attracts a mixed clientel and is very popular among students from 25 and up. It's a cozy place to hang out with some friends and have a good beer, but it's also possible to buy wine, drinks and soft drinks as weel. No food served.
This place offers about 50 beers from Belgium, and among them some pretty rare ones they go to Belgium bring home themselves. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly, and are glad to tell you about the different beers or just have a little chat if they have the time.

Froggys Café is located as center in the nightlife of Odense as it can be – where the two 'mainstreets' of the center city crosses.
This is a cozy and beautifully decorated café, that offers a range of lunches during the day and turns into a casual bar in the nighttime of the weekends. A place where you can go dancing, listening to some good live music from some small bands or just hang out before you move on.
I haven't tried their food yet, but I'm happy about the atmosphere in the bar. The staff is friendly and the live music is mostly quite good!
Dress Code: There is really no dresscode here....quite casual, but still a nice place.

'Den Smagløse Cafe' - 'The Tasteless Cafe' in english is a quite popular nightlife spot in the center of Odense. With a unique decor of all kind of tasteless things it fully lives up to it's name, but not in a negative way.
This messy but cozy cafe turns into a crowded bar at night in the weekends and attracts a very mixed clientel.
People come here to hang out in a casual way and have some beers or play some pool. The prices are very reasonable and the cafe offers a wide range of beers and drinks.
There is a pool tournament every Wednesday where everybody can join in for just 30 danish kronor (about 5 $).
Then you'll also get a beer.
Opening hours:
Monday - Thursday: 13.00 - 02.00
Friday - Saturday: 12.00 - 02.00
Sunday: 12.00 - 24.00
Dress Code: There is really NO dresscode here...but you won't fit in with a suit :)

Ryan's is a quite popular and beautiful decorated Irish pub in two floors in the center of Odense.
No food, but lot's of Irish beer and normal drinks.
Open every day, and with live Irish music Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Soccer and other major sports events are shown live on a big screen. It's possible to be served outside in the summer period.
This is my favorite bar in town, and a nice place to start out and have a few beers. It's very different how many poeple there is each night, but it's worth a try!

Well, you won't believe it, but we had dinner in the administrative office of the Odense Waste Company. One of the local friends works here and a big room was made available to us to have dinner.
