    The theater in Odense was built 1914-1917 and always offers an ok variety of plays.
    There are three floors inside and nice interior. Recently a new restaurant was built on top of the building facing towards the "Kongens Have" gardens.

    This is Denmark's railway museum, filled with various vintage railway cars. Reserve at least two hours to see this!

    This museum consists of various old buildings in their preserved forms. There is a 1600s-era merchant's home in the complex you can visit as well.

    Well as we travel with 3 kids, we just couldn't skip the zoo ;)

    It is a nice zoo where the animals look as if they are treated really well. Nice and spacious.

    (Tip: You can take a small boat from Munke Mose that brings you to the zoo.)

    This special tree is in the park opposite the train station. I don't know what is it called but it's kinda special.

    Whether or not you are a rail enthuiast you'll enjoy this museum - it has various displays, set scenes, other sorts of rail vehicles - e.g a van adapted to run on rails. There is also a steam train to ride on (not far - just up and down the line), as well as one of those 'handcarts' that you can operate by pumping up and down on the levers.

    You can come here to learn about HC Andersen, whose books have touched many generations. A man who mainly just grew up in Odense, Herr Andersen spent much of his life in Copenhagen.

    Despite being remembered as an author of children's books, Andersen was a known as a partier and a connoisseur of women. He would be invited to my dinner table, of course!

    go for a walk in the old part of town. All the streets look like the photo here. I love thse kinda houses i wish i could have one some day.
