Favorite thing: Skarø has a tiny little factory that produces organic ice cream of very high quality and you can buy it from their own little cafe if you are on Skarø.
the quality of the ice cream is actually so good that Singapore Airlines recently asked them to do an ice cream with Singapore Sling taste for their flights between Copenhagen and Singapore, so that is another flavour that has now been added to "Skarø Is".
If you are on the island then don´t miss out on it.
this is a unique and nice little thing on this island.

Favorite thing: Skarø has an enourmos amount of birdhouses where they can nest and breed.
That does give an extra charm to the island and helps the local bird population to prosper.
They are found in several trees and even as a "birdhouse skyscraper" as seen on this photo.
