Ok, so this isn't exactly health food but the fat red and juicy "Pølse" (Sausage) is a joy to eat with "brød" (bread) . You'll find these sold in "Pølsevogn" (Sausage stand) all over the city . These delicious things are eaten hot, with mustard and crispy onions. Ask for the "Fransk", a hotdog with a really skinny bun if you mind the carbs. Leave a Comment Theme: Local

The hot dog stands is just something you have to try and it is dead cheap as well. They have great selections of sausages. Ask the seller for his favourite and go for the same one.
