I'm ashamed to say that I fell for this tourist trap. I wanted an inexpensive lunch for my children and myself, and my son really wanted fish and chips. When my son decided to order from the "children's menu" that the host had eagerly agreed that they had, we waited 45 mins for his food to arrive - long after my daughter and I had eaten everything we'd wanted from the average-quality buffet. So, there in the land of fresh fish, he had a frozen deep fried frozen fish filet - for the children's menu price of 45 kr. And then when the bill came and I asked about an additional charge of 30 kr., the host said it was for water. Yes, that's right, $2 for each glass of tap water. What an outrage - and I won't even comment on the tasteless decor. Just don't go here. Go to Riz Raz - it's a much better quality buffet and at a better price.
The organisers of the Copenhagen VT meeting made a good choice when deciding that the main dinner should be here: Centrally located , nice ambience, enough room for a large group, tasty food and entertainment. I bet a lot of human males were quite envious of Backpackermoose, who got to dance with the belly dancer! One might wonder, though, whether the belly dancing was a means of making people forget to eat, since most of the guests had buffet? ;-)
As in all the places we visited, wheelchair access was not very good, but this was far from the worst one!

As most of the others I chose the buffet, great value for the price: DKK 79!
Wonderful ambiance provided by both the music and the Turkish Belly Dancers. The food is varied and something to suit all tastes. It is buffet style and you can return for a second helping too.
There is a selection of couscous, chicken, lamb along with salad, pasta and rice
A great themed night out!
The cost is approx. DK79 and beer was approx DK40
There was a wide selection of meditteranian style salads, couscous, chicken & meat
The buffet was a great deal at DKK79 & eat as much as you like. Beer was DKK 40
A belly dancer swings here hips through the tables & creates a great vibe
This Turkish restaurant is located a little inside from the main shopping street has a delicious buffet including famous turkish-styled lamb.
Price goes down a little during lunch hour 11-16. Arranges belly-dance every Friday and Saturday for an hour usually starting at 20.00
Book ahead for a good sitting area. Popular and recommended.
Nice turkish food and a beautiful bellydancer made this a very good start of my stay in Copenhagen.
