Museum Erotica is definitely worth a visit. It is quite explicit and I think a bit more interesting than very similar museums in Amsterdam and Paris.
Opening hours:
1 May - 30 September
ALL WEEK : 10.00 - 23.00
1 October - 30 April
Sunday - Thursday 11.00 - 20.00
Friday - Saturday 10.00 - 22.00
Museum Erotica is definitely worth going, if you are not able to have intelectual conversations about the history of pornography. You will see the largets willy ever known of to mankind, know everything about history or pornogrpahy and know all about sexlife of celebrities of the last century. If this interest you, you should not make the rather high admission of 100 DKK stop you.

Museum Erotica features lifelike tableaux of the history of erotica with scenes from the days of ancient Rome through the 19th century.
Established nearly 30 years ago when denmark first liberalized pornography, (the first county in the world to do so) the museum is the oldest ‘serious’ erotica museum in the world.

Nope, I did not go in the musuem, it was too early and the musuem was not opened yet.
Innocent ??
If you walk about Stroget, Copenhagen's primary shopping street, eventually you'll come across two attractive, smiling girls passing out colorful flyers that lead you to this museum: excellent marketing ploy on men. It's hard to resist going to a place where two eagerly seductively smiling women recommend you to go.
My curiosity was stronger than my skepticism and I decided to enter this infamous museum of sex, love, and pornography. You walk up this plushly lit, red carpeted museum where you will be greeted by two attractive women. Upon paying the tickets, the cute blonde one will ask you: "what is your sign?" "Libra, I replied, and yours?" She gave me a little card with the Sexual and Love profile of a Libran male. Darn, I thought she was hitting on me. She was just doing her job *laughs*.
So you walk in and pass a huge golden ***, and then will see ancient artifacts on sex and love; the next level is about the secret affairs of the royalty between 300-500 years ago with some intriguing artifacts. The 3rd floor has a tribute to Marilyn Monroe and about 50-100 sexual and love attributes of famous people of yesterday. You then see copies of the many playboy centerfolds.
And the final level is, dare if you will, a room of wall-to-wall pornography of varioius fetishes from normal man-women sex to woman-donkey felatio.
Tough to stomach but oddly well presented and even in good taste given the extremes.
It's pricey but I think it is still worth the visit and recommend you check it out.
This picture: sorry, I couldn't resist but it was too funny to not take.
Museum Erotica is a museum portraiting the sexuality of man. Located on the 1rst flor, nowbody can see you while there.
There's a room thematic celebreties stories from celebrieties such as Josephine Baker, Adolf Hitler, Marylin Monroe and many, many more.
Of course I couldn’t come to Copenhagen and not to visit Erotic museum (entrance fee is 99 DKK). This would be too stupid. There are only two of such museums around Europe and Danish is a really good one. Here you can find different samples of pictures, photos installations so on. Ancient ones and modern stuff are very interesting. There is also shock room which is not recommended to visit by impressive persons. I entered it and found nothing new; everything was the same as here in the global net. But generally I was very satisfied with my visit to this museum.
Come and learn about the history of erotism deom ancient times until our days. A very fun place. Beware... there are explicit photos and figures and films.
I understand that this is a very interesting place to visit - there are some very erotic and intimate exhibits to view.
Let me know...or I will go myself on my next visit.
