kafé kræz: Great food and service

by tracknfield

This Cafe is in the center of Odense, Denmark. It is great for hanging out with friends or family. They have food and drinks that your can buy! They are a bit expensive but the food and drinks are great. It is very hyggeligt(cozy-all embracing feeling) and i have enjoyed all the times i went there with friends. In the summer there is seating outside also. They have menu's in both english and danish that i know of, they might have the menu in German also. You just have to ask. Nachos with salsa. It is very good and you get your money worth. You get a plate full of chips with melted cheese along with salsa, sour cream and many other things to be put on top of the chips. I only had this once but it was very good. I most of the time for Hot chocolate. I do not like coffee but i heard they have good coffee. The hot chocolate is rich but not too rich and makes you warm after being out in the...

Rådhuscaféen: Old style Danish food

by svg_inc

This restaurant is one of the few in that actually makes Danish food. And if you are in Aaarhus you should try it. They serve a lot of different old style courses. And the environment is kind of special. Even though you have to expect anything else than a modern place to eat. My favourite is an open sandwich with smoked eel on rye. And then to fill up the stomach another open sandwich with tartar on rye.

Storm Cafe: The best choice in Aabenraa

by Maggies

It's definitelly the best cafe - restaurant I found in Aabenraa. Bindslev Hotel: In style

by Maggies

It's a place for fine dining. The interior is really pleasant - as most interiors in Denmark. The chef prepares real specialties but you've got to pay for it too. It's not the cheapest place, even comparing to generally expensive Denmark. You're 10 minutes driving from the sea. Go for fish!

various: Visit a "Kro"

by Sjalen

The "Kro" is an institution in Danish food culture. It means "inn" and the famous ones are usually found in the countryside where you can even make it a special holiday, driving from Kro to Kro, tasting the speciality in each, and maybe staying the night. There are even special "Kro vouchers" for this at the tourist offices and Kros themselves. You can expect typical Danish fare of a good standard. Smørrebrød, the Danish sandwiches with more coverings than bread, is a firm favourite which you can get in several varieties. You can also expect roast pork with red cabbage, goose and various fish dishes. All in a cosy setting, a house with a thatched roof and often with a wooden interior with open fires. Most things!

Cafe Luna: My favorite cafes

by NorthViking

Nice place to have a glass of good beer and eat fresh-prepared food. Even though it is allowed to smoke there - I still find it nice and cosy. They serve big portions for reasonable price. I'd even say that this kind of kitchen is for people who is trying to eat healthy food. Club Sandwich (dont be scared - it only sound like a fast food - in fact it is lots of vegetables, chicken and some fresh bread)Warning: I didnt like their tortellini :)

Klimt's: Cafestyle food

by MarcBrudane

It's a nice cafe visited by young people on their way to or from the city centre - or living nearby. It's on the way from central Copenhagen to the student/trendy neighborhood of Nørrebro. You'll get good bargains on sadwiches, pastas and thai style food.
