Billund Things to Do

  • Amsterdam & Netherlands in LEGOLAND

For Amsterdam and the Netherlands there is quite a large area reserved in Legoland showing great houses and many canals and ships running through, while the draw-bridges will open automatically, there is always something moving and it is a lot of fun to search for the many fine details.

  • Bergen looks great in Legoland as well

The old Hanse-town of Bergen in Norway is another highlight of your walk through Legoland. See some of the ships sailing to and fro, see the famous 3-mast-sailingship docked on the pier and in my last picture you can see the funicular to the Floyen, a mountain-top high above Bergen with a great view of the city and the fjords around of it.

I really enjoyed the Lego-zoo very much with many wild animals built only by Lego-bricks and many of them were really perfectely made and gave me the impression of beeing there in the jungle, or at least some kind of.

  • Ribe in Legoland

Ribe is the oldest town of Danmark and it is just about 1 hour to drive to from Billund. I have been there many times and so I was glad to see a small-scale-model of it in Legoland as well. The church looks a bit oversized for such a small town and there are lots of great halftimbered houses as well in Ribe.Even the storks are shown there (take a...

Even if you don't go on this Legoland ride, it's worth going along to see the robotic arms waving around in a hypnotic dance with laughing people stuck on the end! There's a large spectator area where you can watch.

Power Builder robot is the year's hottest news in LEGOLAND, and the first of its kind in the whole world! You program exactly the ride you want, and Power Builder takes you up, down and around in all kinds of crazy ways. You are the builder, and you decide, if you want your ride to be wild, wilder or wildest! ..And Jungle Racers, Western Ride,Mine Train, Timber Ride...and many others..
