The atmosphear is rather "cold",minimal I guess,but
I found the list quite interesting:several typical Danish
plates that you can eat with a good omnipresent beer.
Nice the idea to show the cooks at work in an open
kitchen!
Young waiters appear stressed....huge restaurant and
few staff I suppose.
Also bar and lounge on evening.
p.s.
I ate approximately at 04:00pm..
Specialized in fish plates cooked obiouvsly according to Danish customs.I have appreciated the typical "smørrebrød",also know as "open-faced sandwiches",the more common way to have a lunch of Danish people.Actually good!
