Restaurant Snekken: Listening the sea gull's lure...
I was really hungry when I discover it,after a loooooong(as usual for me)visit to the famous ship museum...The atmosphear is rather "cold",minimal I guess,but I found the list quite interesting:several typical Danishplates that you can eat with a good omnipresent beer.Nice the idea to show the cooks at work in an openkitchen! Young waiters appear stressed....huge restaurant and few staff I suppose.Also bar and lounge on evening.p.s.I ate approximately at 04:00pm.. Specialized in fish plates cooked obiouvsly according to Danish customs.I have appreciated the typical "smørrebrød",also know as "open-faced sandwiches",the more common way to have a lunch of Danish people.Actually good!
