Flew in with SAS from Amsterdam. They was excellent, because I was in Business I had more room than the people in coach. The quick meal on the plane was sufficent with the short flight. Flying is the quickest, but from must places in Europe you can travel there by Car, Train or even Bike (if you wish). Ferries travel from Copenhagen to Sweden, Norway, Finland,England & Ierland. Buses and taxis are available to take you from place to place. Biking or Moterbike is also a good way during the summer. A rental car would be helpful for going outside the city, but they are expensive. There are orginized tours and you can get information from the tourist office and from the hotel informtion centers.

The danish railway system is...

by ClaesDenmark

The danish railway system is effective and it is low cost to travel Denmark this way. Today you can go by train all over Denmark in short time, as there are bridges and/or tunnels connecting all part of the country. You can also go by train to the rest of Europe - latest news is the train to Sweden, so that the other part of Scandinavia can be reached this way also.
