The Radisson SAS hotel houses a cocktail bar and outdoor terrace on the 24th floor. While the cocktails served are great the main draw to the bar is the stunning view over the city from the terrace – especially at sunset.
The bar has an extensive cocktail menu including a separate Mojito menu. Enjoyed a few too many of these while enjoying the sunset. The raspberry Mojito was my favourite.

The bar on the 24th floor of Tallinn's Radisson Hotel has to have the best view in the city.
The 24th is the top floor of the hotel and they have made the best use of it by perching their classy cocktail bar there with three walls of glass and a wooden glass walled balcony to allow as good as possible a view of the city. I love it at night, though would have welcomed the chance of being there at sunset. Perhaps another time.........
The bar serves both food and drink, with a very nice Estonian mulled wine complete with almonds and raisins. One of my friends advised that it was not a true mulled wine because they use flaked almonds and not peeled whole almonds. I didn't mind;-)
On the night of my first visit there was a carved and blue lit ice sculpture out on the balcony. It looked quite magical in the dark. This was there for a party which started later in the night (private party, so we were asked to leave).
I noted that there is live jazz in the bar once or twice a week.
It's a treat to visit this bar - try not to miss it. It's open to guests and visitors alike.
Dress Code:
Dress code seemed to be smart casual though I got the impression that, really, anything goes. That saying, the crowd was rather smart.
