This is a place every tourist should visit at least for one drink. It has been in the same place for at least 30 years, and despite windows and the door everything has kept unchanged inside. This is nice, because you'll find enough trendy neonlight discos in Tallinn as in every major city nowadays.
The ambiance is unique: as you enter the baar you see that there are elderly couples or lonely elderly men wearing jackets and caps, zipping their beer or vodka-tonic and just following the life around them. In the middle of the men, in the similar bar chairs, you can see businessmen, young girls and boys taking their first drinks before going later to a night club. It is a mixture of so many different people. If you want, someone will talk to you (if you have a common language) and you might hear interesting stories as I did.
My favourite experience was their house special, "Milli Mallikas", which means jellyfish/medusa. Try it and you'll certainly know why!
Dress Code:
No dress code at all. A very unofficial and informal bar. Everyone welcome as you are.
