The food is typical for Estonian pubs, bars, cafes...
There are different drinks on menu - different alcoholic drinks and coctails.
There is good atmospheare and good service. Bus girls are always smiling.
In "Privaat" is possibility of plaing billiard!
Beers 0,5 L - 30 EEK.
NB! There is also good beer Munhen brewed by Sillamae brewery in 25 km from Johvi!!!!!

Linnaisa kohvik or Town father's cafe is a good restaurant in the central square of Jõhvi. From windows opens nice view on the square fountain and business centre Tsentraal.
There is a lot of good typical Estonian(local) food & drinks in menu. Good service and quiet atmospheare.
Different dishes are offered - breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts.

Cafe Ukraina köök is located in centre of Johvi. This cafe exists from year 2010. It offers mostly tipical food of ex-Soviet countries - eastern slavic cuisine. Some examples of Ukrainian, Belarus, Russian dishes offered in Ukraina köök - borsch soup, dranik, chebureks, belyashis, pelmeni's, pancakes etc.
Food is like homemade, nothing extremely fantastic, but simple and good.

Bistroo is located on the first floor of shoping/business centre Tsentraal on the central square in Johvi. Good place to have dinner or breakfast there. Not bad to take some sandvich with drink.

It is young pub in Johvi town centre. Pub has home atmospheare. There is installed TV that shows some misic clips or sport/football games. Sometimes some band plays or singer sing there.
Prices are average.
0,5L of beer is about 35 EEK

The only restaurant in the are where you can order an Asian food.
Cocks are came from Nepal and they are professionals.
The restaurants menu consist Indian, Nepalish traditional food and special restaurants dishes. There are different meat, vegetable sishes, soups etc. and something for vegeterians.

Situated in North-Estonia. Johvi is the capital of Ida-Virumaa county. The population is about 14000. Town is lively and there are many people - town locates side by side with Kohtla-Jarve (Ahtme)......
