We stopped over in Poltsamaa to see this beautiful castle ruin. It was apparently build by various conqueres over 3 centuries from 1272. One batch of conqueres were the Teutonic Order, who started building this castle on the northern border of their just conquered land.
There's a wine cellar in the court yard of the castle.

Next to the castle lies this nice church. The moath goes around the church as well and kids were using the side of the moath to play in the snow.
