Narva is treated to be as one of the most dangerous cities in Estonia, because all the best known social problems exist here: unemployment, drugs, AIDS, thieves, etc. This does not mean that you will get AIDS in exchange of your stuff, but don't be just too relaxed.

Narva is Estonian AIDS centre and drugs are popular there, too. Be aware both of them.
