Parnu has a Peace at Night rule in place whereby you are not allowed to disturb anyone between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
It's kind of surreal at first when you see people leaving a night club and walking home calmly and quietly rather than singing and picking a fight...one of the many reasons Estonia is better than Britain!
