Great environment. Good for Italian/Spanish style dinner with wine. Busy, so book in advance.
I believe, this and another restaurant about 50 m down the street are the best places to eat in Kuressaare. There are more expensive and more posh restaurants in the city, but these two places would be my choice of dining place.
In comparision, everything on the central square is very average.

After having visited every restaurant on the central square in the previous days, we went out for family dinner to this place.
Food was excellent, service very friendly.
I don't remember the name, but it's located down the Lossi street, in front of a church. Nearby La Perla, another great place.
