Top Saaremaa hotels
There is a lot road work going on. Only half of the roads are black top roads. The rest is gravel made. Be ready for some rough kilometres if you drive your own vehicle. It happened to me that the road workers put new gravel on both lanes of the road and driving was a nightmare!If you are in love with your car then check the map first, avoid gravel roads and read the detour signs carefully!
My experience is that there is nothing to be warned about. I didn't see anybody who even remotely could indicate any trouble.
