Vastseliina Church does not seem to have a name - it's always referred to as Vastseliina Church. Apart from that, it's a beautiful typically Estonian rural church. Placed in a wide churchyard in the outskirts of town, the church itself looks quite massive. Inside it's relatively small and decorated with typical woodwork.
Today's church was built in 1772, but on the site stood an earlier chapel of Vastseliina castle.
