Rej Burek

This tiny burek restaurant has only two or three little tables.

Burek are layers of dough filled with e.g. cheese, meat or spinach (etc)....

We had a good burek with yogurt here for lunch.

Price per person between one and two euro.

This is how the bus station looks like in Kumanovo.
You can take buses to the border with Serbia Montenegro, to Beograd, to Uzice (near Tara Mountains close to border in Bosnia-Herzogiva, I went here to this Uzice and then Tara), you can take the bus back to Skopje also.

serbia montenegro macedonia border

This are the kind of places people can get stucked for hours and hours. better way to pass is by bus. police jusst enter inside the bus pic the passports, maybe ask some questions and you go away.

Kumanovo is the last Macedonian city before the border on your way up the Serbin Country Prepare to enter right in Kosovo Border also. this road will take you to the last eastern city of Kosovo...

Unique Suggestions: after you hand the passports you still have time to go to the toilet if needed. prepare to pay some money. better to have dinars left both macedonian and serbian.

If you have a car avaliable, just wonder around the roads in the countryside. You'll be amazed with the hilly landscape and you'll find nice solitary churches ...
I did the ride with a cab, which it was not expensive, but cause it was 4 years ago, I already forgot how much I spent on it :)
