The Church dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul (Sveti Petar and Pavle) was built in 1899 and the remains of an older church.

It is in the center of Meseista, on the graveyard. Some of the graves date back to the medieval period.

The feast day of Meseista is July 12, which is St Peter and Paul's day.

See the link below for some pictures of the frescoes inside the church.

The Church of Sv Ilija (Saint Elias) is located on a hill above Meseista.

The road not the church is not paved but relatively good. However, we did not take the risk of damaging our car and walked to the church. It's about 20 minutes walking uphill from the flower factory.

The current church was built on an older church, probably dating from the late medieval period.

On August 2nd (Ilinden Day, or St Elias's Day) people come to this church to celebrate. Unfortunately, we were there on August 1st!
