About halfway on the road from Ohrid to Ramne, the Church of St Atanasia (St Atanasij) is signposted.
It is a short walk uphill to the church.
When we arrived here, we were very lucky since there were some festivities at the church, due to a change of the families who take care of the church. We just took shelter for a moment because it started to rain, and before we knew it we had plates with abundant food, beer and rakija in front of us. I love Macedonian hospitality!
The church has a small source inside with running water.

This church is located on the local graveyard of Ramne.
When we were there, the church was closed.
In these small villages, the person with the key often lives close to the church, and you can ask around if they want to open it for you.
Key of the church = klucot od crkvata, pronounced "klutsjot od serkvata". It is a good habit to leave some denars in the church, or to buy some candles.
