    No special tip for someone, because we has gone into so much of that Coffeehouses or restaurants during the journey ... You will alike and everyone has been satisfactory.
    Anyway, sizes were surprising for me or better: the "smallness" of the coffee portions. :))
    Espresso: like you know it. One Latte turns out strangely small sometimes there. The Cappuchino is also only a little one, but everything is palatable.

    Everywhere there you can get also little snacks. Good, certainly.
    I prefer personally Schopska salad, deliciously and enough.

    Fancy a Big Mac? Just hitch up the donkey and trot into town to the local McDonald's. Of course, there are other options: the usual Italian and Chinese restaurants and a decent Irish pub. But like so many places in the Balkans, it is increasingly difficult to find a restaurant serving local food. Tourists search for local colour, but local people yearn for the sophistication of foreign food.

    Macedonia's meat was very good. But the best thing was bean for me. Restaurants and cafes were very cheap. Burek is börek in Turkey, we love it but we couldn't find a good one...

    Right from the lake Ohrid, on your plate. Pastrmka is delicious fish, don't miss to try it.
    There are some seafood restaurants in the city center of Ohrid.

    T'ga za Jug -- or "from the south" -- is the most unique Macedonian red wine. I also like the wines made from the Vranec grape [such as Macedonian Country Red], T'ga za Jug holds a special place in my heart and taste!

    Village meat, shopska salad, stuffed cabbage leaves (with minced meat, rice and sauce), musaka, local wine (white and red wine are really tasteful), turli tava (meat, potatoes, ocra), tavce-gravce (beans baked in a clay pot).

    Ok, my Skopje page includes several macedonian dishes, but when it comes to visiting Ohrid or Struga:
    FISH, FISH and again FISH,.... the famous Ohird trout, made on grill. Do not miss out on that one. There are a lot of restaurants in the town. However, I definitely reccomend going to the village of Trpejca, about 20 kilometers from the town where you will find a small resaurant that serves fresh trout, prepared deliciously or maybe village of Radozda, near Struga! Good!
    In Stip, you could try the Piti Pastrmajlii, dough with a certain kind of meat, sounds simple but there is a specific way to prepare it and it is tasty.
    Then, if traveling through the region of Kavadarci or Tikves you can try many different kinds of wine. Even though this is not France or Spain, the location of Macedonia provides a climate perfect for vinyards and production of good wine.
    "FUK TAK" - near Dojran Lake. Great food.
    The famous restaurant in Mrzenci, village in the Gevgelija area.
