Well, Enriko does not serve ONLY Italian food, although it is officially a "pizza place". Nor is the food the typical Italian per se. But the Macedonian version of a pizza is good at Enriko. I don't know if all people appreciate it, it has a huuuuge amount of "stuff" on top of the dough base. So... have that in mind.
What I prefer eating there is their fantastic "meze", comprised of different types of cheese and cold cuts, or different types of processed meat (hams), the salads, especially the arugula with Parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes...
It's a large menu, very nice service and for years now they've kept the same quality level, which in my "book of rules" means a lot.

Pizza with sour cream on top -- I had this for the first time someplace else in Macedonia and loved it. The waiter wanted to make sure I knew what I was ordering :)
