Stenje itself has a nice sandy beach, but I've not been swimming there yet.
According to the locals, the village Slivnica has the nicest beach on the south-eastern shore of Lake Prepa.
Indeed, a long sandy and quiet beach with shallow shoreline was waiting for us!
The water is not as clear as the water of Lake Ohrid, but this of course does not mean it is not clean! There are more water plants though, and the bottom is more muddy than the sandy and stony bottom of Lake Ohrid.
You can combine a day at this beach with a visit to the beautiful Monastery of St Bogorodica Slivnica.

I don't know the name of this small church.
It housed a whole family of bats!

When traveling on the unpaved road from Stenje to Konjsko on the west shore of Lake Prespa, you will see a sign pointing to St Ilija.
A short walk downhill brings you to the small church.
