A big souvenir shop in Torshavn is 'Andreas i Vagsbotn'. It is near the harbour of Torshavn and offers a lot of local craftwork and all other typical Faroese souvenirs. So you will find puffin-stuff, Faroese flags, clothes, cards and much more... We did not find the people of the shop too friendly, when we did not buy much... hahaha..... Their products can be bought in the Faroes as well as Denmark and Norway.
Try a wonderfully warm jumper or scarf.

H.N. Jacobsen's book shop is located within a protected 3-winged building in a beautiful garden. It was built in 1860, and was initially a "realskli" - a secondary school until 1918. It has been a bookshop since it ceased to be a school.
It is one of the best in town for foreign language publications.
