There is this small park with water and mill just in the middle of this town. It is nice for picnic if the weather allow it or at list for a short stroll around.

This building called Stenhuset which means stone house. This house was build for the iron factory almost 200 years old.

Visit the Fiskars Exhibition, it is not the city museum but the iron and steel factory since 1649 that have the same name.

This small Fire Station was build about 100 years ago, I don't think it is used for such anymore, at list not to any modern fire department car.

The red-brick Clock Tower Building is the most famous building in Fiskars, almost 200 years old this building was a school at first and at this time its hosting for some shops and exhibitions.

Village itself is really beautiful. A lot of old buildings from 18th and 19th century with full of small galleries, workshops and butiques, nice cafýs and restaurants as well.

A: Closest railway station is Karjaa. Karjaa can be reached by express train and bus, after which a taxi or bus will take you to Fiskars (approx. 15 km)....
