Park

 Gili_S Says:  There is this small park with water and mill just in the middle of this town. It is nice for picnic if the weather allow it or at list for a short stroll around. 

Stenhuset

 Gili_S Says:  This building called Stenhuset which means stone house. This house was build for the iron factory almost 200 years old.

 Gili_S Says:  Visit the Onoma Exhibition of designers and artists cooperative of Fiskars where they exhibit lots of interesting and unique design items. 

Fiskars Exhibition

 Gili_S Says:  Visit the Fiskars Exhibition, it is not the city museum but the iron and steel factory since 1649 that have the same name. 

Fire Station

 Gili_S Says:  This small Fire Station was build about 100 years ago, I don't think it is used for such anymore, at list not to any modern fire department car. 

The red-brick Clock Tower Building

The red-brick Clock Tower Building, Fiskars

 Gili_S Says:  The red-brick Clock Tower Building is the most famous building in Fiskars, almost 200 years old this building was a school at first and at this time its hosting for some shops and exhibitions. 

Restaurants

 Gili_S Says:  The are few restaurants in this place but I was not that impressed with their menu. However, on a nice sunny day the local terrace is rather nice. 

Café Antique

 Gili_S Says:  Café Antique is the local and traditional book cafe in the centre that serve typical Finnish coffee and some cakes, pastries, sandwiches and salads. 

Transportation  

Old Train

 Gili_S Says:  This is a reminder of an old train that used to connect Fiskars to the outside world, however, these days there is no train station in town and you will have to use the bus service or drive a car to get here.

 Mr.Sand Says:  It's easy to get to Fiskars by bus from Karjaa. To Karjaa U can come by train (from Hanko, Helsinki, Turku) or by bus (from same directions). Note that last bus from Fiskars goes pretty early!
