Part of the K-chain of shops, this is a two storey building with clothes and cosmetics in the ground floor and dishes, electronics, household textiles, books, sports gear and what not upstairs. But no foodstuff at all at this department store.

A good food store if you need to buy some groceries. It's a bit larger than the S-Market next door and has also a small bakery inside. Part of the K-group, one of the largest chains of shops in this country.
There's a cafeteria called Supresso and also a garage underneath for customer parking and you drive in from the east side of the building.
I've provided their web page, but it is in Finnish only and it doesn't even give their address not to mention any driving instructions
What to buy: EuroShopper prducts and Pirkka products are the least expensive ones but their quality isn't always very good

Surrounded by big trees, this pink house is rather pictoresque place to visit. Actually, it's a small art gallery with changing exhibitions and sometimes you can also buy some hand made items depending on the featured artist/artists.
What to buy: Arts and crafts, unique items

This is a large department store with the normal day-to-day consumer goods and also many special boutiques and a restaurant. Also the local alcohol shop ALKO is under the same roof. Lots of parking space in the basement and a guy who offers to wash your car while you are shopping. I've provided a web page link to a map.
Opening hours: Mon-Fri 8-21,
Sat 8-18 , Sun 12-21
What to buy: Here you can buy all the paraphernalia you need in life from food to clothes and shoes to household appliances and so on. Also good selections of TV and dvd sets etc.

If in the area and looking for a food store, this S-Market is fairly inexpensive and reliable place to go shopping. It's part of the S-group, one of the largest market chains in this country. There's also a separate flower kiosk and a Tiimari-shop inside. The parking lot is on the north side of the building.
Open from 7 a.m to 9 p.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 6 .m. on Saturdays.

There is a small mall here with few supermarkets and market square as well in the summer. Good place to do you grocery shopping if you are already here.
