A lovely Thai restaurant with a very nice staff and beautiful surroundings. They also have a little Thai shop within the restaurant, I think they sell some spices and food ingredients there? They are co-operating with a local travel agency and arrange "food trips" to Thailand every now and then.
Another one I should try out very soon, I've only stopped by there very quickly. Fresh pasta, pizza, sallads...
I must say I haven't tried this one yet, but I am about to as I have heard so much good about the place! I keep trying different things from the menu and I really can't tell what is my favourite dish. Last time when I was there I had Rosso Duo which included a small sirloin steak, a grilled fillet of pork, french fries, grilled tomato and béarnaise sauce. Mmm... I loved it! Amarillo serves tasty tex-mex food such as tortillas, quesadillas and nachos. There are also burgers, steaks and pasta on the menu. Nice, relaxed ambience and good service. After you're finished your meal you can enjoy a few drinks or even stay there all night, since there's also a night club on the premises.
Chicken pocket (Chicken fillet, grilled goat cheese, marinated red onions, tomatoes and iceberg lettuce wrapped in a tomato tortilla. Served with French fries and chili mayonnaise) and a Cola Vanilla shake for dessert.

You would think the upstairs of a train station would not be a very good place for a restaurant, but this place has been a very popular place in Kouvola for years. I think the restaurant changed owner just recently and I don't know if the place is any different now, but the atmosphere is very nice and everything I've eaten there has been delicious!

Small cafe in front of the railway station in Kouvola. A good place to sit and wait for your bus/train or just enjoy a cup of cappuccino while reading newspapers or watching people outside. They serve all sorts of coffee, sandwiches and sweet pastries and also beer and other alcoholic drinks. Nice service and reasonable prices.

I didn't like kebab, before I tried their Pita Kebab. It's absolutely delicious so go there and try for yourself if you're craving some fast food.
