The legend says that in Tampere the people are even drinking more then in Helsinki, so, for Finland it is must be something. Tampere has relatively small centre with all of its nightlife attractions. Just pop in to a bar or a club to see if it’s your kind.
Rock N’ Roll & Jazz clubs are common, often you can catch some live music.
Definitely my favourite place (and my friends too) is Paapan Kapakka It's located in the centre of Tampere, this is a small place with very good atmosphere, good company and good music. Live Jazz band are daily, try to visit when the Brazil Project is playing, great bosanova music by Finns that used to sings in Portuguese, I’m not sure if they are still doing so.
Dress Code: All welcome according to the weather.

Live bands during the week and the weekend. Mostly old jazz and swing. Great on the summer, warm on the winter. Come and see, you'll love it.
