For Men: Not really dangers only warning, this city has extremely beautiful girls, don’t say I wasn’t warning you.
For Women: Not really danger, the local men are drinking too much anyway to be helpful or danger to anyone.

Tampere is quite a safe city like many other places in Finland.
If you want to stay out of trouble avoid snack-kiosks with long queues late at night, especially after the closing time of the bars.
