From Puijo, an observatory tower on a hill near Kuopio, you have a fantastic view on the lakes, forest and islands around. Visit in clear weather!

In summer time take a lake cruise in Kallavesi.
The cruise takes about couple of hours and for example in evening it's nice way to see Finland's nightless night.
