Nokia is located about 15 km west from Tampere, 180 km north from Helsinki, 145 km northeast from Turku, 240 km south from Vaasa and 100 km east from Pori.
Fairly good bus connections between Tampere and Nokia are provided by 'Väinö Paunu' busing company. Bus from Tampere to Nokia costs about 4 euros or so(?) (still quite cheap when compared to taxi, which could cost you over 20 euros).
Also some longer distance bus routes, for example 'Länsilinjat' and 'Express Bus', goes through Nokia, so you can easily come for example from Helsinki to Nokia by bus.
Nokia is also located about 15 km from Tampere-Pirkkala Airport, but as far as I know, there are no direct bus connection between the airport and the town itself.
