Favorite thing: In Turku there are many rockfestivals during the year. In June, there is Down By The Laituri and the in July there is Ruisrock..Both are well-organised and there are plenty of good artists and lots and lots of people!

Favorite thing: Swim at ruissalo, attend Down by the laituri festival, drin a big beer at Papa joe. Eat at Svatre Rudolf, take a cruise with Viking -Line, go to the clubs, eat you stomach so full that it feels like exploading at Rax, Try to make friends with a Finnish 'native' and try to make him to teach you Finnsih, say the finnsih word 'hääyöaie' 3 times backwords... Try this and book a cruise after trying...

Favorite thing: There are many buildings of older architecture in Turku. Some are located near the big church and others along the river. Here is a selection of them.

Favorite thing: I was really surprised to see so many interesting second hand shops in Finnland. They seem to be everywhere like this one here on the photo.

Favorite thing: In Alfa area there exixts a small theater, called Barker Theater. There is shown sometimes high-quality performances.
