Absolutely the best way to come to Turku is by boat from Stockholm. Those boats are marvellous travelling hotels.

From Helsinki: By bus, train or airplane. Train is cheapest. From Stockholm: By ferry or airplane. Ferry takes about 12 hours.
By bus or by feet. Distances are small.

By plane I guess, if you´re not travelling from Stockholm with a bunch of people maybe it´s funnier to take the cruise with Silja Line or Viking Line.
