Not much of a nightlife in Tornio, but the best place I found was Kaupunginhotelli. (There might be more out there but I didn't found them!). At least you can drink the finnish beer Lapin Kulta there. =)

What to buy: Beer of course! The finnish beer Lapin Kulta is brewed here. So you cannot leave Tornio without at least have bought a couple of beers.
