The train is the most easy way to get to Oulu, unless you are on a hurry then you can fly or on a road trip as I was and using your own car.

Most of the time I flew or someone gave me a ride; however there is a railroad station on the east side of Oulu! These pictures are of a static display of an old choo-choo train.

Flying is the best way to get around Finland. I flew Finnair and was pleased with the service and flights.

During the midsummer there is a passenger train on wheels driving around. Use it to get to the Nallikari beach and back. It has been used on Muson-river in 1894! Price 2€.
