This church stands close to Église Saint Maurice but perpendicular. It has a separate entrance and a tall wall makes the limit between them. I was short of time to have a look and I do not know its name; I would not be surprised if that were the Temple Protestant (Protestant church) but will check on my next visit and will take a look to the inside.

Église Saint Maurice. Was built between 1879 and 1880 in a neo-gothic style at the place where once stood a Romanesque church. It has three naves with a pentagonal choir on the model of Gothic churches of the beginning of the 13th. It was too dark to visit the inside that has a very homogenous neGothic style and was almost entirely designed and realized by the Clem work shop from Colmar between 1884 and 1900.

The Hôtel de Ville was built in 1746. The front bears the date of 1851 when the second level was rebuilt. The entrance to the first level is by a double staircase topped by a bulb turret. Each time the clock rings, every hour, an automate pops out of a niche, opens his mouth and shakes its ears.
Sorry, we arrived late in Mutzig, it was already dusk and it would have been useless to wait for the next appearance. I am surprised that this photo is not too bad as it was already rather dark (city light are lighting)
