 Lady_Mystique Says:  I really liked this "tasting bar"! :o)A good idea if you can't decide what to buy...especially if you've never tried the winery's products before.I liked pretty much everything I tasted, so the decision was based more on what I could afford than what I liked.

 Lady_Mystique Says:  The winery had preserved much of the wine producing equipment of the past and had them in one part of the building, similar to a museum...but not as stuffy... for the public to see.It was quite interesting. 

 Lady_Mystique Says:  Before going inside the winery we had an opportunity to watch some of the local farmers bringing truckloads of grapes from their harvest and then dumping them into a large bin-type machine.Hang around outside cave de Buzet and you'll see some of the steps that are taken to... 

 Lady_Mystique Says:  There were many, many barrels (or casks) of wine sitting around and aging in one part of the winery.This area was more in the open than what I'd expected. Maybe they were waiting to be shipped out to be bottled?? I never found out if they bottled their own wine on location...
