Favorite thing: There is no tourist information office in Castelmoron. But head for the Mairie. There they'll give you a village walk that you can do. I'm not sure they'll have one in english but i wouldn't be surprised.
The Mairie is next to the old pottery that is housed in the old bailiffs' palais. Although that is a big word for a rather small place. Just walk in and they´ll help you out.
