Its not much of a danger but you do need to be quite fit. There is lots to see and do. You need sensible shoes as the cobbles can be quite difficult to walk on especially if you already find walking difficult.

Danger at the Entrance of the Parking
At the entrance of the parking of Honfleur there is a bar that limits the height of the vehicules entering the party. A fellow driver carrying bicycles at the top of his car didn't notice the bar and as a result his car (and the bicycles) crashed on the bar and were damaged. So, for the people carrying bicycles on the top of their car i suggest to take attention to the bar.
Warning Slippery Surface at Vieux Bassin
When we visited Honfleur we became witnesses of an almost accident. The stones of the quayside at some places were sleek from the constant use and wet by the sea water. A small child slipped towards the sea and it was resqued by his father, who managed to pick him up, moments before his dive in the black waters of the harbour, by cathcing him from is trousers. Take close attention to your children.
