The beauty of staying right in the town center, you can just walk from your hotel to another site. It's not a bad idea to have dinner at the restaurant of your choice (Dijon offers many) first, then walk it off. More drinks and coffee later on.

Dress Code: I like wearing comfortable shoes, but NOT tennis shoes or the like. Dressy casual is a safe way to go. But that's just ME!

    Atmosphère: International Hangout

    by kaffeine11 Written May 18, 2004

Ok, so some of my fellow students might make fun of me for recommending this club, but it was the source of soem great memories. The best part, it is free to international students! Basically, just walk in speaking another language and you are golden. There is a bar, a dance floor, and a back room where you can just hang out. Ok, the music is nothing spectacular, just the normal European club music, but the atmoshphere is great for young people looking to go out and meet people. You will often find many of the young people from the local universities hanging out here on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday nights.

Dress Code: no dress code, at least that I know of

There is a great Irish pub in Dijon, unfortunately i cannot remember the name!!!
It was great for us being Irish and finding an Irish pub, with an Irish band playing, in the middle of Dijon. There was a good atmosphere, especially when we got up and started to do some Irish dancing!!
