Noyers sur Serein doesn't have a railway station
The closest train stations are Tonnerre (20 km) and Montbard (TGV - 30km).

From there, you can take a taxi or to rent a car (there is a SIXT agency in Montbard, none in Tonnerre) or even a bike: the area is pretty with small well maintained roads.
