Tonnerre has a bunch of fountains and statues of historical people. Sometimes the fountains and the statues are one in the same. Take some time and when you are navigating around the city, try to plan your route to hit each one of them. They are all within easy walking distance of each other and are in the old city center.

The Eglise Saint-Pierre has some beautiful stained glass windows!
Originally built in the 11th century, then rebuilt a handful of times, but most notably around 1550, the church is a local monument. In ancient days people took refuge here, and many people make pilgrimages here to pay their respects of the churches role in history.
