Le Guethenoc is the old name of old breton for Josselin, a wonderful old ambiance around a beautiful plaza at city center next to the basilique Notre Dame du Ronciur, see entry here
the service is family style very friendly, lots of kids there, and the food is great

This restaurant is in a pretty half-timbered house just across the square from the church. We only stopped here to have coffees/hot chocolate, but the woman serving was very friendly and welcoming, which made the cold winter's day seem a lot warmer!
They are closed Wednesday evening and Thursday.

Situated in the main street out of Josselin (one way street). They do take away at one set of doors or sit in at another enterance. We had the takaway and found the pizzas to be very good.
However, when we turned up on the spur of the moment one Sunday the waitress looked very flustered and said that she would be speak to the chef, when she returned she said there would be at least a 45 min wait before being served, so I'm not sure what all that was about.
Favorite Dish: Vegetarian Pizza.

A small restaurant opposite the chateau in Josselin. Inside the ancient building there are exposed stone walls and arched roof inside the single dinning room, or go out to the back where they have a few tables.
Excellent pizza, good service, friendly chef.
Favorite Dish: Vegetarian pizza - one of the best we have tasted, and probably the best in Jossselin. We have returned several times!
