Josselin Shopping

This is the outlet shop of the biscuit factory 'Biscuiterie LE DREAN'.

Biscuits are something of a national dish in Brittany, invariable buttery and high in calories, but delicious. The local factory is based nearby our holiday cottage in Guegon, but they have a very nice shop in the centre of Josselin.

Here they stock the full range of biscuits made in the factory, plus a variety of trays with traditional Breton designs on them, plus a whole host of other local produce such as local cider.

What to buy: They have a beautiful range of biscuit tins with tradional designs on them, based on the old tourist posters advertising Brittany and the coastal resorts. You can choose your tins and then select plastic wrapped trays of biscuits to fill them. There is a discount for purchasing 4 tins.

What to pay: Less than £5 per tin.
