There are some beautiful sandy beaches in this area of Bretagne & the beaches around the Locquirec area are no excepion. The water looked so clean & as you can see it was a beautifully calm sea when we visited. There are many campsites in this area so I imagine it gets pretty crowded here in the summer. There were a couple of restaurants & a large tabac over looking this particular small beach, plus a small pier.

The beautiful little church at Locquirec dates back to the 1400s, famous for its sundial which are unique to the Breton area of France.
Another little unsuality was each of the few raised graves had a perfectly prunes minature hedge around them.
There is a also a lovely enclosed garden ares for you to sit & enjoy the plants
