This (femal) dog is a German Shorthaired pointer and in French, it is a "braque". In slang French, "braque" means crazy.
You understand why this typical restaurant has this name.

Favorite Dish: There are two sorts of pancakes :
- galette : made with buckweat flour, it is fold in with ham, cheese, egg, sausage, etc.
- crepe : made with white flour and sugared. It contains jam, fruits, lemon juice, alcohol.
In this restaurant, you choose your basic pancake and you ask the added things according to your taste.

Notre Dame

Favorite thing: The chapel is covered by lichen which gives it this colour orange.

Fondest memory: Indoor, do not miss the Statue of the Seven Pains Virgin.
